Can't really tell. The first was said to be designed in 1998 but it obvious the flag has been changed which is this new one.

Such names are not being disclosed though for the fear of being picked by the security agencies.
The flag is a direct reflection of the Yoruba tribe; I like it. I also like the Biafran flag.

The Nigerian flag is too plain and staid. It looks like people that designed it were very much in a haste.

Another useful idiot for Fulani writing junk against Nigerians and Biafrans in particular. We are NOT surprised that BBC is biased in its report about any opposition to the British intention to perpetually enslave and rule Africans. The idiot and house slave, Chiagozie Nwonu, who wrote this garbage for BBC should be decent and honest enough to ask what was the genesis of insecurity not only in the southeast but in Nigeria as a whole.

Was it NOT the terrorist Fulani herdsmen who in their quest to subdue and subjugate the indigenous peoples of Nigeria by invading and pillaging communities? Where was his BBC report about that? But this lowlife, waste of human flesh, and coward, Chiagozie Nwonu, is too afraid and cowardly as always to speak the truth even when being truthful would suffice? How can any person with a modicum of sense talk about insecurity in Nigeria and NOT talk about the marauding Fulani terrorists that have been terrorizing communities starting in southern Kaduna many years ago?

Was it IPOB agitators that sacked communities in southern Kaduna, Agatu in Benue state, Uzouwani and Ehamufu in Enugu state, and Lokpanta in Imo state, etc.? If the M0R0N who wrote this garbage is emancipated from mental slavery, he should have asked these pertinent questions: "Why did his British masters invite those parading themselves to become the presidiot of his useless and failed country to the UK to sign secret documents?"

"Why is it only in his useless country, Nigeria, that candidates for elected positions are always traveling to the UK to consult with them?" "Has he seen British candidates for elected offices come down to his hopeless, country, Nigeria to consult with Nigerians?" And, If he has NO plausible answers to the above or is not intelligent enough to ask such questions, then he is the biggest fool to ever grace this earth. I am at a loss for words when I see individuals sabotage their own and sell their souls for personal aggrandizement.

This BBC reporter, Chiagozie Nwonu, is NOT only an idiot, he's a traitor and deserves the treatment that's only reserved for his kind! He's a disgrace to humanity and ought to be ashamed of himself!

Good to see that you have finally began to understand what the Jew infested and controlled BBC is all about.

Watch out for an exclusive documentary by same BBC that will inflame passions more by reporting on the civilian burden and also an interview of the separatists that will paint them in glowing light.

I backed out from supporting IPOB for three reasons :

1. They are not interested in Biafra but are agent provocateurs paid by Jewish coin to instigate another civil war

2. They insist on annexing the SS

3. They are Zionists and as such can never be nationalists .

The insecurity and killings in SE today is still part of the marginalisation we've been talking about.

For those who don't know history, when Philip Effiong led the Biafran troup to surrender to Nigeria, supervises by Obasanjo, he said that if the injustice that led to the war continues, the children and grandchildren of the soldiers will one day rise to pick up arms again. That's what happened with IPOB.

When IPOB started, the boys were only armed with flags. Buhari ordered his soldiers to humiliate and kill them, instead of dialouging with them.

When the boys were pushed to the wall, they learnt to pick arms to fight back, then started the killing of security personnel.

Now instead of the coward security ppl to fight back man to man, they go about killing innocent civilians and sacking towns to avenge their members killed.

Recently the town of Okigwe and Ihube were burnt down for a female military personnel abducted, which everyone including myself condemned here.

But another military personnel of the same rank has been kidnapped in the north 2days ago, we're yet to hear of any town sacked, or the innocent residents doing frog jump.

The Buhari FG has done all these to give Igbos and IPOB a bad name in order to destabilise the region.

In 4months, he will be out, and Nigerians will have another leader who can turn fortunes around for SE region, and Nigeria in general.

Why now, why buhari govt?
Is it because everything under his govt., went sour even though na all of us dey bear the brunt.

When someone from southwest and southsouth was in power., why didn't biafra or ipob agitators come out.

Under a govt. ravaged by boko-haram, infact an inherited insecurity., do you expect buhari to handle or allow such agitation to turn into another menace., even though it has finally metamophose into what he was avoiding?

Endsars is a good example, yes peaceful protest as planned by the organizers., it ended up been hijacked properties looted and destroyed innocent lives even lost., imagine if your properties and businesses are among the destroyed how would you feel? Two wrong don't make a right.
We can't be taking one step forward and ten steps backward.

I bet you Obasanjo will do worse., if he were to be the president currently.

Now they pick up weapons, arms and ammunition., to fight back the government., unfortunately., the fight is against their pple, their own blood., Is that the way to go about this..?
I actually expected goodluck Jonathan., to more for the south south and south east region.,but No!

Before you say i'm a buharist or Tinubu supporter., unfortunately I'm not.
I just hope we can all reason logically and put sentiment apart.

Those pple or families, who have been killed in cold blood, whose properties were destroyed., only their families can tell you what they are going through.

You are entitle to your opinion., so am I.
But that excuse of buhari attacking them which makes them retaliate., i don't agree.

I served in Abia State and i know how peaceful the state was not to talk of the neighbouring state, imo, anambra..and others.

My own is just that every person(s) supporting all this evil people parading themselves all in the name of biafra agitation., God will visit you all in many folds what you did to the innocent lives you take. (Amen)
