[/quote somebody has to sponsor a bill for marriage act, DNA Testing as a pre requisite to being issued a marriage certificate to newly wedded couples before they register the child and apply for vehicle issuance, travel abroad they must issue this marriage certificate of which DNA testing was carried to before its issuance |

My mother explains to me that so many children in African households today do not biologically belong to their fathers. Fortunately we have DNA tests today. Nothing prevents you from taking a hair of your children right after birth and go to a hospital far away from your home and make tests incognito. As a matter fact, you do not even need to hide it. You can make it clear that DNA tests will be made. In any case, ALWAYS do DNA. |

DONFRANSKID: I don't knw how they sleep at night, I swear paternity fraud should be signed into law as a criminal offence and not a civil matter that should be resolved among both parties, if paternity fraud is turned into a criminal offence I swear the backlog of cases in court would choke judges and strain the justice system due to no of cases reported, but one thing I knw is that it may really be like that cos most Nigerian men are ashamed to admit it publicly, most Nigerian men currently are aware that the children they av aren't theirs, the wife may av told them, and they av noticed the signs but shame and being seen as a wicked person, a divorcee and some after looking after all the investments poured on the child over the years all the love given, just swallow it and take the child as theirs, that's the truth, women have perfected paternity fraud and the govt has turned a blind eye cos even the govt are beneficiaries of this scam 2 Likes 1 Share |

How this your comment take sound for your ear |
Re: . by Kipaji: 1:11pm On Jan 12, 2023 |
Heathrow44: @bolded. To me paternity fraud is such an atrocity that I am baffled how common it is in our societies. How can a woman peacefully put another man's child in her husband/partner's home? How horrible can a person be? How callous and cold-blooded can someone get? Then, we have this society that paints women as emotional angels and pure beings who can't hurt a fly, while men are painted as dogs. Imagine how soulless and dreadful a human can be to commit paternity fraud? What is worse is that it is covered by other women. Sometimes, it is even recommended by their mother, auntie, friends, etc. My mother explained extensively the female perspectives of paternity frauds and the operations behind it. The thread is well needed. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: . by Nobody: 6:29pm On Jan 12, 2023 |
SporaD8: I said what I said. It’s unethical in my humble opinion and if he is in fact a doctor then I’m glad he’s not mine. There’s also the possibility that he is just another attention seeking idiot going online to cause a debate or a discussion about said subject… in that case I’m not interested in that discussion because I’m not impacted by it. I don’t understand why people do what they do and I don’t speak for any group. |
Re: . by SporaD8: 7:27pm On Jan 12, 2023 |
Dimples2022:Good for you! ... Now stop shifting the goalpost and distracting those who feel impacted or concerned by the said Subject. Gracias!!! |

Heathrow44:Paternity fraud is bad. Agreed. You want it to be signed into law, no problem. Many things ll be signed into law. One is jailing randy men too and many more evil men do the women. Every thing bad commet from men. Some paternity issues are the fault of the man cos he's the one that do mumu in love. I won't talk more today. Till another time. |
