how majestically? In saner climates, a man/woman crossing the road is a king/queen.As a driver, you should stop or slow down for a person to cross the road even if it means keeping other vehicles at your back waiting.

Every vehicle on highway are permitted to run speed, and every road user are told to always watch well before crossing any road.
