Fg is a CRIMINAL.
For many years, IPOB people were marching in tens of thousands in one city after the other in the east without harming a fly.
Suddenly Federal government of Nigeria started to send soldiers who killed unarmed people of IPOB.
Malami, the Attorney General of Nigeria stealthily went to court and obtained a judgment pronouncing IPOB a terrorist organisation.
No country pronounces unarmed secessionist groups as terrorist organisation, except Nigeria.
Crude oil and gas deposits in the Niger Delta are behind the illegalities of the federal government of Nigeria against people in the SE of Nigeria.

the question is if he is really the head of terrorist as you claim then why is the court ordering his release ?

Or you mean a whole federal government don't have good lawyers to presoceute the case

If Shekau was alive and caught you think it will be hard to give him a straight verdict ?

So if Kanu case is really simple as him being a terrorist why is it hard for the court to jail him for these crimes ?

All the cases against Nnamdi Kanu have been quashed against Nnamdi Kanu. The court went further to say that he cannot be tried in any court in Nigeria

As it stands, Nnamdi Kanu has no case to answer

There are higher courts, supreme court etc, federal government has a mandate to seek justice for Nigerians, and ensure terrorists are punished. This is Federal government's mandate, they owe it to Nigerians and igbos to punish Kanu for all the people he ordered his boys to kill, and kidnappings, cannibalism and terrorism carried out by IPoB terrorists. This is the job of federal government around the world. America killed Osama, they didn't bother showing the body, they reserve that right to deal with their enemies decisively, as a sovereign nation. Any nation or president that allow terrorists and killers free reign is foolish, and will be impeached soon, or that state or nation will be overrun by terrorists and killers. Life don't revolve around Ipobians, the entire igbos and landspace is less than 5% of Nigeria. Stop feeling so entitled, it's annoying. Kanu have to die to pay for all the innocent people killed.

When you see a terrorist like your Boko Haram and ISWAP marauders, you will run away faster than Ben Johnson. Continue to entertain yourself.

Fact is that neither IPOB nor Nnamdi Kalu qualified to be pronounced terrorist.

The federal government is not above the law, and we are not in a military dictatorship. In democracy you follow the law, and whatever the courts says is law. Nnamdi Kanu remains an innocent man until the courts say otherwise, and no court has.

The government is duty bound to obey the courts, if they cannot, then none of us are either. The appeal court has nullified all charges against Nnamdi Kanu in a unanimous decision

The only thing here is that the federal government begged for a stay of execution so they can go to the supreme court. Thats the only reason Nnamdi Kanu is still detained.

However, as soon as the supreme court sits on this matter, and is told that the appeal court dismissed charges against Kanu because the federal government violated local and international by bringing Kanu back to Nigeria illegally, they too will dismiss the case because no court rewards illegality

There's a reason the courts are a different arm of government but I don't expect you to know this. A government is disrespecting an order from the judiciary and you're clapping for them, do you even know the implications of this on a democracy?

Also, aside your government, who else has declared IPOB as a terrorist organization? Boko Haram was declared terrorists worldwide but ask yourself why other international bodies have refused to declared IPOB as terrorists despite everything the government has been doing to paint them black.

Funny enough, boko haram was declared the 3rd deadliest terrotist group, but this same government refused to declared them terrorists and instead renamed them to bandits

They are higher courts, all over the world terrorists can be held for years, terrorists are even killed, he is lucky they keep him alive. All countries kill terrorists, Japan execute terrorists and mass killers, Nigeria is too lenient, that is why terrorism and kidnappings multiply. There are video evidence of Kanu claiming ownership of ESN, and IPOB, terrorists group proscribed by the Senate and executive, after cries from innocent igbos being killed like rate by Ipob. You idiots don't know anything. Federal government is the executive arm, to execute justice, any federal government that can't do this, is useless. America invaded a foreign territory and killed Osama bin laden, they did it to protect their people. Kanu is a rat and should die, to pay for all his killings, to serve as deterrent. You fools can die with him.

I repeat any federal government that allows killers off the hook is useless, this is why we don't need useless obi. Do you know how many groups and violent groups in Nigeria, we are finished if we keep releasing these misguided, stupid rats. We can not allow the frustration of rats disturb us, he can go kill his family and himself, otherwise he will be killed and thrown into jail. Federal government's number one job is to seek justice against enemies of the state, terrorists, kidnappers, arm robbers and kill or lock up forever such people. This is what happens in advanced nations like America, UK, China, Japan. Frustrated fools are sent to hell. We are more than 200million people, no space for rats and rabid dogs.
