The G-5 Governors or " Integrity Group" emerged after Wike lost out to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar at the PDP presidential primary election, and after the former was also bypassed for consideration of the vice presidential slot of the party which was offered to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state.

Yesterday, Atiku Support Organization dissolved its structures and merged with Tinubu, today , G5 are officially realigning with Tinubu. 90% of opposition structures will realign with Tinubu a week before the election.

Wike and the G5 can't support Atiku at this point.

He would have supported Obi, but it's obvious he's billed to lose. Nobody in his right sense will ever support a loser.

The only safe haven available is Tinubu. Even if he himself will not support him in public, he has to work for tinubu for him to get at least 30% in rivers.
