Let's be realistic this system can not work without electricity.
There are cases where card reader dies during accreditation due to lack of power. Now imagine what will happen when using a system that is bigger and power consuming than card reader.

Another thing is the system can not be applicable in the Northern states and that's where majority of the vote comes from, though not genuine because just one person can thumb print a whole ballots paper there.
