Do you think CBN was not aware of these antics? That's why they (CBN) did not make the newly redesigned naira notes heavily available until after the general election. So if heavy new notes are not available in the banks, how can they (politicians) bribe bank managers to have access to them and be stuck for election? So CBN knows what they are doing. They are not ignorant of all these.
