What is the proof of ownership of a vehicle in Nigeria? Do we have similar things like the pink slip we have in California? If so does it show if the title is free and clear or if there's a lien holder? |

It simply show the vehicle information and the name of the person it was registered to. Can be used for nothing more than to show ownership. |
