Must you give them cash for logistics?. I'm a businessman and I pay vendors too. I can't remember the last time I visited my bank or seen my account officer...maybe one year ago. Money politics is dead.

The USA you claimed don't have to pay cash for logistics during electioneering campaigns, mind you. Its even illegal to pay cash beyond the limit set

This picture was like 4 years ago and the money is huge as with the security needed or it.

If Tinubu was a coward, he would not voice one bit about the implication of the kind of frenzy and panic some elements in the current government are trying to activate on Nigerians.

Before the presidential primaries, it was rumored that Malami was supporting Emefiele to clinch the presidential ticket, hence we can always say, since Abba Kyari who was the former owner of Emefiele, died, Malami has taken over in putting leash on his neck and directing him wherever he so will.

Nobody is against the new naira policy but question is, why didn’t the circulate the new notes since it was printed out in December? Why is it now that it’s just barely a week to the deadline that they’re trying to compel everyone to get it from the banks, when actually they’re yet to distribute enough to the banks?

Why should they try to frustrate Nigerians, why should they cause unnecessary panic in the public?

There was no real fuel scarcity for the past 6 years, how come it’s starting now?

Now, Tinubu has shown that he’s ahead, confident and not a coward the more reason why he voiced out yesterday. If it were some Lilly liver politician, he would remain muted while these elements make Nigerians angry at him, but now that he's voiced out, expect this who thing to disappear in a few days.

The cabals (Malami and co) know quite well that should Tinubu president, it'd not be business for them as it currently is with Buhari, they're scared and they probably striked a bargain with Atiku and they're eager to work with him so they can have food on their table again.

Because you can see clearly how fast Atiku campaign team quickly replied back to Tinubu outburst. They never expected he would be bold enough to call out the cabal and they know quite well that with that outburst, their game plan is going down.

Don't forget it was until he voiced out prior the primaries before Buhari's cabal go down low, now he's voiced out again and they'd have no option that to go down low. Watch out!

You should have added his statement in quote.. what did he voice ?

He is a total coward with selfish intentions that's why he's only talking now because it affects him. Fuel Scarcity has been on since last year. He did say a word.

Many wrong policies by buhari's government he instead defended buhari bad policies bt now he's talking? Lmao grin

Re: Fuel Subsidy, New Naira Note Deadline: This Is Why Tinubu Is Ahead by Nobody: 10:19am On Jan 26, 2023
OP, stop trying to be smart by half!

The naira redesign policy had been a main subject of conversation in the Nigerian space since late October, if my recollections serve me well. The notes started circulating in December, the same month you just lied about in your thread. When the CBN mandated banks to serve the new notes over the counter in December, they eventually realised that politicians like your thieving Tinubu and Atiku were using the opportunity to mop up the notes from banks, reason they changed strategy and instructed the notes be duly distributed through ATMs.

And fuel scarcity has been a norm in Abuja, Lokoja and Lagos since September last year to this day, least I know because I witnessed it in those three locations within the stated timeframe. If mischief wasn't your aim, you won't be here claiming otherwise.

Same way that ignoramus wasted an entire nairaland thread trying to explain away "gazelle gagaraga" that your kleptomaniac ancestor spit out, is the same way you're frantically making efforts to excuse Tinubu's obvious fears and discomfort.

Calm down and drink water! Una go dey alright.

How would the Federal government hoarding fuel and withdrawal of old notes hurt Tunubu? And if it can actually hurt his chances as you claim, why wont it hurt the other candidates chances too?

Nonsense writeup..... someone will wake up and start writing rubbish.
Here is the reason here, Tinubu team are actually the ones frustrating the CBN effort in redistribution of new naira notes.
They are working with banks executives to sabotage all efforts CBN has put in place to redistribute the new naira note to the public.

BAT is just being altruistic , @least he spoke for the vioceless. anyone who understand the magnitude of investment Tinubu has across Nigeria will know he can easily launder the new note out.

In the last 7yrs Atiku/pdp have played more opposition to Tinubu than Buhari sef, fuel scarcity have lasted over two month weytin atiku, pdp or Peter obi don do to represent the voiceless, yet Tinubu be una problem in lagos nd Federal. one will wonder why East region is not paradise by now atleast Tinubu has no hold there.

Lol......these are mere fallacies. Is it only Tinubu that is running for president?. Why are others not complaining like he did?. The truth is, Tinubu's plans towards these elections have been destroyed by the BVAS, naira redesign and the withdrawal limit. Hence his sudden outburst. You think Buhari isn't aware Tinubu monetize the primaries?. Once beaten twice shy. Buhari will ensure Tinubu doesn't monetize the general elections, that's all Buhari is trying to achieve. You can bribe 2000 delegates but you can't bribe 93 million people. Tinubu should throw away his nefarious plans and think of ways to win the hearts and minds of the electorates. History will be made in feb, and Tinubu is aware he won't be part of it. His Life-long ambition in the mud.

This is the ultimate distraction and the greatest hail-mary.

Asiwaju successfully diverted the whole mess away from himself and his party, he exposed and put Emefiele and his subsidy backers on blast.

Just imagine, who gave the CBN government the backing to join the presidential race. Who? grin

That plot failed and they quickly defaulted to plan B, to destroy the election with Naira and artificial fuel scarcity..

Emefiele's last day in office is Asiwaju's day one in office.

You are simply shooting yourself in the leg. Is Tinubuu and Buharii not in the same APC? You have simply alluded to the fact they have destroyed Nigeria, therefore Tinubuu has no moral ground to campaign in Nigeria. APC has taking Nigeria way back to more than 60years. It was a huge and massive failure.
You want the new naira notes to be circulated earlier so that Tinubuu will pack them and store for vote buying, tye have crippled him.
Did I hear you say, no fuel scarcity in the last 6years, indeed, yiu are not living in Nigeria. Get off the way please.
Tinubuu has seen his disgrace coming and he has started crying already. Its a shame that any breathing human being in Nigeria can support Tinubuu, it beats my imagination. Balablue, bulaba, emilokan etc. How can this man stand on tje podium of United Nations and speak on behalf of Nigeria? Are Nigerians not ashamed please. Get a life ooooo before it will be too late for you. I think you should have been tired of suffering by now but it seems your brain needs reset.

Re: Fuel Subsidy, New Naira Note Deadline: This Is Why Tinubu Is Ahead by Pengician(m): 10:40am On Jan 26, 2023
HomoSapiien:

Watch out!

Last last we go dey alright.

SE always at the bottom of politics?

What about economics? What about education?
An Igboman has ruled this country, yes or no?

Tinubu never pretended to be attacking anyone else but he who authorized the naira redesign.

That's how you street urchins sang buhari's praise to high heavens and suddenly Remi Tinubu went on TV to speak her Truth.

Vote Obidatti to make your life meaningful.

Koburu, you are number one, sit-at-home slave... grin grin

Well said.

You can't but marvel at the sagacity and intellect of Tinubu.

Asiwaju controlled the narrative yesterday. "You're suffering fuel and naira scarcity because they don't want me to win the race." A very simple and sophisticated chess move.

"Even if there's no fuel, we will trek to cast our vote" grin

His move yesterday has a lot of meaning.

- he projected his importance and relevance by literally saying the cabals are making over 200m Nigerians suffer because of his ambition
- like you said, he's no coward
- he reaffirm his confidence
- he won more southerners to his corner (those with zero knowledge of Nigerian politics will say otherwise; there's something called pity vote)

What i'm anticipating will follow now and have already started is his friends in the northern hemisphere reechoing his sentiment. You will see a lot of them comment in the news starting today.

The cabals are left with two options, both further boosting the chances of Tinubu next month.

1. resolve the fuel and naira scarcity and the narrative becomes "Nigerians got relief because Asiwaju voiced out - he's relevant and the real deal" - that's what media will print out.

2. continue hoarding and it's "they're making us suffer because of tinubu"

I saw Atiku took the bait yesterday immediately Asiwaju made the comment. grin The mumu man and PDP didn't think well before playing their chess move.
Dey play with yeye words by the useless and foolish Asiwaju

Buhari will reply him soon in the language that he understands
