Since the number of votes in the over-voting areas is more than the number of votes needed for declaring a clear winner. The tribunal should have rule for a rerun, not deducting the votes from Adeleke votes as there was no any forensic verification that all the votes deducted belong to Adeleke.
The justices failed woefully

Earlier report says it was deducted from the candidates. If what you wrote was what the judge did, then the National Judicial Council has a lot of work to do on Nigerian judges.

In bold .

A Buffoon boasting about his Tinubu's political prowess.

Well, that a certified drug trafficking baron, Tinubu, who forfeited drug trafficking money to the US government, is still allowed by INEC and the Courts to continue with his presidential bid, thereby embarrassing Nigeria before the International community, remains mind-boggling.

i am not surprised by the euphoria this news has given you. Everything you represent is completely insane.

Only you support Russia aggression on Ukraine,
Want Tinubu for president, in the midst of his obvious shortcomings,
Stood by Isa Pantami terrorism allegations
Supported Buhari even in the midst of obvious mistakes,
Gets excited with the insecurity situation In the south east,
Never condemns the killings in southern kaduna,
Love north Korea and hate the U.S

What kind of a human being are you exactly

OSUN PEOPLE, RELAX!
YOUR MANDATE TO ADELEKE IS INTACT

The Judgment is a flagrant miscarriage of justice. No wonder the Tribunal seriously disagreed with one another on it.
The Court of Appeal would 'right the wrong' soon.

ADELEKE REMAINS OSUN GOVERNOR!

Why do they even spend money to conduct elections, when they can just pack all the aspirants to court, and the court declare one person the win...

There you get it all wrong!

What the Tribunal did was to invalidate the unaccredited votes and when the actual and accredited votes were made known, Adeleke trailed hence its decision.

The validity or otherwise of the Tribunal ruling would be laid bare in the appellant court and (or) the Supreme Court eventually.

Exactly! This is what they did in 2018 then used remote control to rig the rerun. Now, they don't want to cancel and call for rerun if truly they are sincere. Double standard hypocrites
Their's a new electoral law. The previous law durung 2018, their'd be re-run if overvoting. The current electoral law is cancelation of the polling unit where there's overvoting, no re-run.
