Most of you don't understand how money supply works

CBN controls all the money that flows within the economy

But the irredeemably corrupt folks over time has rendered that money control useless

But this new policy CBN will now in actuality control the money.
The amount they release to the economy will be reduced, they will monitor the commercial Banks

Infact there is no way politicians will beat the system.
They can have maybe 10 million
But can never carry 100 million talkless of one billion
It's impossible because CBN that controls the money is now in total charge

The CBN is monitoring banks withdrawal transactions and the new naira notes they received. Withdrawals should never be less than new notes received or they will be penalized heavily. That's why Tinubu and co are shouting, Emiefele delivered a master stroke
