No, they are not and for many reasons, one of them being that Russia has been in a war ecconomy for more than a decade and prepared well for this, as well as having many of the most cutting edge military technologies in the world able to not only defend, but able to strike with impunity, anywhere it wants. All nations should respect Russia if not because of its collective honor, then at least for its capacity as a huge nuclear armed super power. And so we are back to Lith again. Their rhetoric words are just that.. nothing but words and bullshit. They are NOT a threat. NATO is barely a threat, and the US is barely a threat. China is the only real threat Russia may face, hence why they have a VERY close strong relationship with each other.
