Bush declared an invasion in Iraq it was a war., There was no declaration in Vietnam, Vietnam was a fraudulent military intervention and not a war. No mechanized division on site. Did you know that Russians did capture Kiev for hours? It took until evening before the first NATO trained Ukrainian combatants arrived.
