I agree with the governor.

These banks are deliberately sabotaging the efforts of the CBN to make the new notes go round, due to the loyalty of some Bank MDs to some politicians.

Imagine FCMB in Osogbo loading their ATM with wads of bank notes that are still in wraps. What does that say?

I suggest CBN should use one bank as scapegoat by withdrawing its license and you will see others sit up.
