The abuse of the word " bank manager" especially at this critical period is alarming.

If you know what grade a bank manager is on and not to talk about the salary across the industry then you will know that it will be home trouble for him or her to want to sell the currency to you for margin of N2k.

he wanted to do transfer, no network.....the seller said , he should transfer the money first , ......
