Though it's terrible but botched surgeries happen all over the world.
Just watch the program "Botched" on DStv to know failed plastic surgeries happens,even in the western world.
The Surgeons you watch correcting some botched surgeries cost a hell lot and it doesn't even mean they had not done failed surgeries before,just that they have got more skilled and experienced over the years,sometimes acquired even from the mistakes they too made while getting more skilled.
P.S.Now even reading the story is fake.
