BOTH INEC, POLICE AND EFCC ARE ALL USELESS.

THEY ARE ALL ABOUT TALK AND NO ACTION.

IF THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOBS, THIEFNUBBU AND ATIKU WOULD HAVE BEEN DISQUALIFIED A LONG TIME AGO FOR MORE CREDIBLE CANDIDATES FROM BOTH PARTIES.

Acidosis:

While PO? All registered voters in that unit should be able to report to INEC. POs can be compromised.

I think all registered voters can report especially via the social media.

What about a PO that is willing and ready to bargain at a favorable amount. Talking from experience cos I was once a Presiding Officer.

the party agents and the voters are not dunce, they will make reports.

You are not a politician.

So you don’t know that even party agents are always bought?

Which voters will go and report? If the manipulation happens across 1000 ward for example, do you think all the voters in all those wards will go and report?

What if the presiding officer colluded with the thugs to steal the BVAS and failed to report it to the INEC office and backend?

Well let's hope that's not the case & if not an electoral acts is required to invalidate any Bvas vote reported stolen by thugs.

According to Bayode, if the thugs take the device to other places where they will manipulate the data on the device, the Presiding Officer, PO of the polling unit will report the incident.

“If such a thing happens, the PO reports and from the back-end, that device is deactivated so that the person who took away that device will not be able to do anything with the device,” he said.
Will work if the presiding officer is not compromised. sad

You need to know that realistically, not all scenarios can be covered.

The citizens will need to support the efforts of INEC and not just leave everything in their hands while we watch our other citizens steal our mandate.

Good one from INEC though, but what if the PO are also complicit?
You can't cover every scenario. But hopefully, the voters in that unit will make noise about it and INEC will hear, investigate and do the right thing.

Are we to understand that data is stored in the device unencrypted?.
How can we be talking about data manipulation if it was stored in a state that consistently denies unauthorized access?.
Why is everything in Nigeria a joke?.

So citizens voting will sit and watch one group dp what they like?

And where will they get finger prints to over vote or manipulative anything on the BVAS?

enemies of democracy will cry. they will regret calling Prof Osinbajo judas.

This is exactly what the Political parties who engage such thugs wants to achieve in polling units where they perceive they will loose the votes. So it not enough for Inec to just deactivate the Bvas without ensuring that people in such polling units are able to cast their votes.
