They don't need to manipulate the data , they just need to get a hold of ballot boxes where the opposing parties are leading and votes in those areas become null and void.

I thought they'd even say something more meaningful , as it is they have accepted that boxes will be stolen and they won't be able to do anything to bring the culprits to book. Are we even serious in this country
