Most Job Seekers on NAIRALAND are Time Wasters.

If They Aren't TIME WASTERS of Themselves; Then They Would Have Devoted The Time They Use To Seek for Job Opportunities on here to Doing Something Meaningful for Themselves.

Can You Imagine?

I decided to Pay Attention To The Job Section of NAIRALAND around The Month of July, Year 2022.

I created A Digital Jobs Initiative and Platform to help Educate Jobs and Money Seekers on Here on What It Takes To WORK ONLINE TO EARN MONEY without Collecting A Dime.

I structured up A 5 Days Priceless Webinar Teaching People that reached out on Several Financial Courses.

Back To Back - I Thought Several People in Batches for 8 Weeks.

All Without Asking or Collecting A Dime.

The Aim ?

To Create An Online Working Environment for Job Seekers To Financially Engage and Benefit from.

And With Over Hundreds of People Taught Already; You would think that A Minimum of 10 of them will be Serious To Engage and Work Together.

But You See;

Things Don't Work Like This in Nigeria.

Organization doesn't work in Nigeria.

Nigeria is A Country Filled with Very Unorganized People Simply Because We Fail to be UNITED.

Not Even Up To 7 People Appreciated My 8 Weeks Effort.

And Not Up To 2 People from These People are United Already.

My brother, don't blame them. There are way too many webinars and skill acquisition clinics that have turned out to be scams. Hence the reason why people are uninterested. Nobody knows who is genuine.

I quite understand you very much.

However; our teachings have been based CLEARLY on How People should Align To Work Specifically REMOTELY on Their Own on Portals like Fiverr.

No One is asked to send money to any one.

Just Create A Special Gig of Yours on Fiverr as We Approach Our Work Dynamics As "Division of Labour" based on Our Respective Individual Personal Skills.

Yet, Because There is No Monthly Salary Tied Up To Them Staying Responsible; Many of Them Quit Showing Up from DAY 3.

DISTRACTIONS Set in.

They LOSE FOCUS.

PROCRASTINATION Follows Up.

They Keep Postponing Until They Never Do.

I believe it is the "30 Days Salary Stigma" that will continuously continue to affect many Nigerians.

They want to be tied to it deliberately.

It's already in their Psychology.

For you to be generous enough to devote your time and resources teaching people, it shows there are still good people alive. However, werr the skills you taught practical? Nigerians live life on the fast lane and want instant results. If you are teaching anything that will require consistency before results over a couple of months, then they'll bail. Something like Fiverr requires hardwork and consistency. While they stay patient they've got bills to pay hence they look for something faster. But well-done sha
