Don’t mislead the public. There no such thing as F-32.
The spy balloon was shot down into Atlantic Ocean by the US Air force with
with F-22 raptor, a stealth fighter aircraft, and was later recovered by US Navy special dive team.
I’m sure you’ve never been in the military and don’t know the rule of engagement.

I would say in some technological areas china is more advanced than the US. Innovations keep coming out of China everyday, that is why the US is fighting back through trade protectionism. China is a military force in the world, to be candid China is a military threat to the US, the only thing that the US enjoys is the Asia pacific alliance. If not the US is not a match for China. China has the largest navy in the world with hundreds of aircraft carriers, submarines and modern combat ships, they also have a strong airforce. They discovered that China has out innovated them.

Wayne's World I'm not advocating that China or Russia actually do it but high altitude latex(?) balloons the size of a car are available for the public at an on-line site for about $40 to $50 a pop. Buying about 200 of them and filling them with helium and attaching an object that has high reflectivity for radar and letting them go when the wind direction is just right would be a relatively inexpensive and benign "prank" on the US military...
