Please who has heard of late receipt changing fee in any university? The worst part is that the money is paid into the private account of the university. It is only in Alex Ekwueme Federal University Alike Ikwo, Ebonyi State that apart from paying school fees in remita, you will pay a lot of other huge charges in the private bank accounts of the university which they use different deceptive and fraudulent account names to operate. I can't keep quiet any more.
