Any smart political observer can easily tell you that Tinubu is technically out of the contest. Mathematically, he has little or no chance of winning the election. However, something curious is happening, the more Tinubu realizes he has lost out, the more he falls deeper into his ethnocentric moves and tribalism. Tinubu is cunningly trying to drag the Yorubas into his impending defeat.

This dangerous game Tinubu is playing will severely damage the image of Yorubas if they allow him. Already, some Nigerians actually see Yorubas are tribalistic in nature. This perception has been made worse by Tinubu's tribalism. If Tinubu is doing these based on love for his people, it would have been a little acceptable but we all know his charity has never been displayed at home. Flood has ravaged many parts of SW but Tinubu never intervened. Fire has destroyed markets in the SW but he never intervened. However, this same is always doling out hundreds of millions in the NW for victims of similar disasters!

When his people were lamenting of herdsmen attacks, he never sided with them but chose to side with the oppressors by asking "where are the cows?"

Today, having realized that those did all that for has abandoned him, he remembered he came from somewhere. Few educated Yorubas who understand the dangerous game Tinubu is playing, are trying to stop him but some other Yorubas are blind to it.

Should Tinubu succeed in using emotions to get majority of Yorubas on his side, and they mostly vote for him on election day. He would only succeed in causing severe reputational damage on Yorubas.

I will explain:

Forget about all the cheap rhetorics of Tinubu built Lagos, Tinubu built men etc. Majority actually know that all these are false. The truth of the matter is that Tinubu in his present state is the worst major presidential candidate in the history of Nigeria! Everything about Tinubu shows that such man has no business contesting for president.

Remember that Igbos once abandoned Ojukwu who was their son and very popular at that, to vote for Obasanjo, a Yoruba man! Likewise, Hausas once abandoned their son, Bashir Tofa to vote for Abiola, a yoruba man!

It's interesting to note that both Ojukwu and Tofa wasn't in this terrible state like Tinubu yet the Igbos and Hausas respectively voted for candidates who were Yorubas!

Should SW states end up voting for Tinubu or give him majority votes, and expectedly, Tinubu end up losing, other Nigerians will see them in unflattering terms. The reputational damage it will cause on Yorubas will be devastating.

I'm not saying that Yorubas must vote for Obi. No, the point I'm trying to make is that there will be consequences for whatever action they take.

Leave Yoruba race out of your campaign for your preferred candidate. It's a shallow thinking.

Come out on election day and cast vote for your candidate and wait for results to be announced.

The audacity of these poorly educated Igbos. grin

Igbos/Obi have zilch to offer Yoruba. Always remember that you’re Yoruba people’s adopted destitute orphan and you’re only thriving because Yorubas allow you to.

Some of you Igbos overstate your relevance/importance and I really don’t blame you. I blame some poorly educated Yoruba chimps lwho follow you Igbos like dogs and are easily swayed by your victim mentality, tears, hypocrisy and lack of accountability.

Obi is irrelevant and has no structure and his social media jamboree sponsored by foreign forces with noise from IPOB riff raff doesn’t fool anyone. Obi is an incompetent fraud, an utter corrupt shithead and an Igbo supremacy bigot. He’s not a messiah.

Yorubas have no other option than to vote for their son and see what he can do with the Yoruba project. Tinubu, despite all his glaring flaws, is more Yoruba than Obasanjo. So, evidently, he’ll be the first real Yoruba president that will rule Nigeria. That’s worth trying than voting for an Igbo scumbag.

Obi was part of the Igbo dominated GEJ government and that’s enough example of what Obi has to offer.

Go to hell with your fraud..
Yorubas aren't f0ols to vote a failure that threatened to sack 3,000 workers and denied LGAs their entitlements in Anambra.

I remember how Tinubu fought to create and fund more LGAs in Lagos for developmental reasons.

Only a f0ol will vote anti-development into power.

How can we leave Tinubu for Obi whose 60% of the population of his state and including him live in Lagos? Who you de deceive! We look at past deeds not talk. All Tinubu’s governors all over SW have done better than PDP governors which Obi was a part of. Then you bring LP which has no history, no structure. Nothing we can point to. I know you vote on sentiments and tribe. But if you look well, we don’t.

The only way I can vote for Obi is, if he goes head to head with Atiku in a run off, otherwise, Tinubu is the best candidate in this election. Tell me how many youth Obi gave employment as a governor. Thousands of youths Tinubu employed for LASTMA alone is more than all the employment created by all South East governors combined. Tinubu has more brain on his fingers than Obi has in the whole of his body.

OP, you don’t need this thread. As you can see, APC trolls have rushed in to try to make it seem Yorubas and Tinubu are being attacked due to hate.

Leave this election for the educated Yorubas. We will come out to vote this time around. Our illiterates and bigots can never change their minds at this point. Tinubu is gone.

Please delete this thread so the APC boys don’t go all emotional against igbos. They know Tinubu has lost already. Don’t rub pepper on their wounds, please.

Tinubu has lost the election already. All we are bracing for is his violent reaction.

Obasanjo was not Yoruba choice. And he was forced on us by other Nigerians. See how corrupt his government was? Our choice was Olu Falae! This was a compensation for MKO but then OBJ was what you said we should be grateful for? Did your people respect our preference? No! So we vote who ever is our choice.
