Let the enforcers go to places like Nkpor Junction, Afor Nkpor, Ugwunwasike, Orieolisa, Building materials Ogidi, Uper iwika, Oweri road, Electrical parts Obosi, Eke Nkpor and see things for themselves.

90% of the agbero’s are in Lagos. These ones just came to reclaim territory since Agbero is now structured in Lagos. Soludo only need to structure and streamline them. You can never get rid of street boys. But you need to give them opportunity and a sense of belonging. They already know how to get the money. Give them target and force them into association with minimum daily levy.
