There's a popular quote from George Orwell's Animal Farm that says "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others". In this case, all Nigerians are equal under the law but some are more equal than others. Nothing can be more paradoxical than the difference in reaction to similar events among Nigerians.

Two Nigerians will bear firearms illegally but only one will spark outrage among citizens and prompt an investigation by the police. Why the disparity in moral outrage? We'll never know.

Difference:

The former is a known warlord with thousands of foot soldiers who can cause maximum damage to the hen the lays the golden egg of this economy while the other is an attention seeker, bereft of the fundamental knowledge of the Bible he’s teaching.
