Tinubu made the emilokan statement to APC leadership at a rally in Abeokuta a few days to the party's primaries in Abuja. He was referring to HIMSELF not Yorubas. It was a move to checkmate the plan to impose a consensus candidate rubbishing the agreement his group had with Buhari's group towards 2015 general election.

Let's always respect fact. Emilokan was Tinubu demanding his party's ticket. Other variations may come later but that was the origin.
