I sincerely don't understand why some people are so happy with the current situation. It's the masses that are suffering. Took my sister to the hospital last Sunday, it took the hospital more than one hour to attend due to delay in mobile transfer.

I'm for Peter Obi but that one no mean say I no go subject things to logical reasoning.

Everyone is equal here nothing like big man in this part of the world. Sufferings don reshape peoples mentality here.

I wonder what will be yardstick for measurement. Just like the olden days,.
This country is sweet I swear

The yardstick for measurements should be better than the old method. I mean, they already know how much a tuber of yam is estimated to cost - let's say #500- so all you need is to get an item that would be estimated to cost #500 too.

When Asiwaju is actually the root cause of their suffering, you are telling them he is the solution. If it wasn't because Asiwaju is a criminal vote buying politician, would Buhari insist on a naira redesign deadline?

Sometimes I wonder if they first subject your brain to conc Hcl to ensure it's dead before admitted u to zombie communities of saadeast.

So if Asiwaju is really a criminal what is the work of Dss, Efcc, Icpc, Army etc. But since ur brain is dead for a long time, u can't reason like a normal human.

Why obidients do not have sense at all?
So this is a fair comparison?
2015 of pdp to 8years of apc? So you're bringing in when PDP left, instead of when PDP took over power to when they leave

I keep saying, obidients are the major reasons obi will fail cos they are not educated, but illiterates.

Just imagine this rubbish? We should compare PDP vs apc administration, not pick just random date wey less than even 6months.

Funny thing be say, all obidients keep sharing this rubbish up and down without simple research.

Stop sharing rubbish in the name of campaign.

Obi was part of PDP, so I understand why una only share 2015

Those without bank account should go and open one nah. What does it cost to open a savings account? In some banks, less than a thousand naira will open an account for you.
In the story the op posted, a doctorate degree student cum trader was interviewed. Why should such an individual not have a bank account?
This cashless policy has so many advantages for our nation, let's look beyond issues of vote buying & politics pls.
Some people will not change their practices, unless forced to do so. This country must move forward.
The govt did a poor job in the implementation of this policy and they did not educate people well enough about its numerous advantages before rolling it out. Govt is not talking enough but hat does not change the fact that it is a good policy.
And pls let's stop the lies about bank apps/POS failing. Successful transactions are now by far more than failed ones. The increase in electronic payments is what will spur the banks to improve their network capacity.

Try transfer on zenith bank and die

Cash, both old and new, are scarce in small towns and rural areas... even if you are willing to part with half of your money as withdrawal charges from POS points.
You can't withdraw from banks and ATM machines are not dispensing.
In cities, 8 out of 10 POS agents have cash, but with a surcharge of 1 to 5.
And not more than 20k at once.

If you're familiar with the agent, you can sweet-talk them into reducing the charges and increasing the withdrawal limit.

Some people will say they should do transfer, even those without account number
There's something confusing me about the Nigerian scenario; why is it that when most people are in a situation that requires them to advance, they choose to retrogress?

These traders have the choice of advancement (opening bank accounts, which can even be done without having to go to banks) but instead they chose to retrogress.
