What happened is CBN only used this opportunity to enforce cashless/ cash control policy against criminals like those shouting AWOL.
Bandits, kidnapping etc.
Our people are generally devilish see as they are bringing old note out of nowhere all of a sudden while people around them were hungry they join them in saying no money.
