Ortom is the most foolish governor that's in power till date. He knows nothing about governance. He's clueless, he's useless, and lacks wisdom.

The only thing he's good at is riding on people's emotions. When the heat was much is APC, he jumped to PDP and was using Fulani attack as a cover up, when PDP couldn't cover his uselessness, he joined the G5 to fight PDP, and when the G5 isn't worth it again, he's aiming at taking his stupidity to LP.
