So Obi the 3rd class graduate is better than Asiwaju who graduated with 1st class from a University in the USA?

Obi that could only increase the IGR of Anambra State by less than 20% in 8 years is who you say is better than Asiwaju who increase Lagos State IGR by over 150% in 8 years?
