In other words, INEC may withold its presence in a political party's primaries if any leading aspirant is not in good relationship with the local INEC boss? If the party conducts the primaries without presence of INEC, the outcome of the primaries becomes null and void.
That's like the arrogant impression being left by that Spokesman of Imo state INEC.
INEC must not be part of a political party, or be agent of a political party anywhere.
