Will this cashless policy help curb electoral malpractice or will it encourage it? Will the scarcity of cash really reduce vote buying or will it encourage vote buying on a large scale? When i went to the bank yesterday i saw men nd women curse themselves if they ever vote for anybody with the level of hardship they're going through, so does it mean the purpose of the policy has been defeated? Why are Nigerians suffering for the sins of our political elites? |
