it's not just Lagos state, 23 other states inclusive and not only labour party, some other parties inclusive . This is due to late submission of NASS candidate names before the deadline stipulated by INEC.

INEC had already printed the ballot papers long before the high court order to include the Ipob party in the election because INEC never monitored a valid national assembly primary of that bush party. INEC cannot keep reprinting ballot papers for every new jankara order that politicians secure from the court except it is from the highest court of the land. It costs money and affects INEC timetable. As far as the supreme court were not the ones who ordered INEC to include LP in the election, INEC is right to omit them. Labour party doesn't exist in Lagos state, APC will surely subdue them on Saturday..
