This is not speculation. The Premium Times graph showed 150K for Tinubu from 13 of 16 LGAs in a 900K state.

Are you really expecting Obi to get 150K in any of the SE states? The lowest count is Ebonyi with 1.5m collected PVCs.

I don't care about Obi, he is not winning the election. But I can bet he will not get 150K in any SE state.
