the issue with Lagos is that it is overpopulated and the resources are fast depleting. The government can do better, but bro give credit. I went to some Eastern state and northern state and I was awestrucked that some state can still be like this in the 21st century. Health care is accessible in Lagos, the security apparatus can improve but you can say they have the best well run security unit in the country. I like your civil response. Cheers
