The presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has defeated his closest rival, Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, with 109,913 votes in Bauchi State.

The state Collation Officer of the presidential election, Prof. Abdulkarim Mohammed, the Vice Chancellor, Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State, announced the results on Monday.

He announced the results at 8.15 pm on Monday at the Prof. Mahmood Yakubu Conference Hall at the Independent National Electoral Commission Headquarters, Bauchi, the Collation Center for the presidential election in the state.

Giving a summary of the results, the collation officer said that Atiku got 426,607 votes while his closest contender, Tinubu, had 316,694 votes.

He said that the New Nigerian People’s Party candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso got 72,103 while Peter Obi of the Labour Party scored 27,373 votes.

Mohammed said that the registered voters in the state are: 2,749,268 while those that were accredited to vote are: 899,769.

The valid votes cast, according to him, are: 853,516, rejected votes: 29,030 while the total votes cast are: 882,546.

From which states will he get the votes to catapult him to a winning position?

There's a reason PDP and Labour are rejecting result collation- they already have their own estimate of the final results. They will have done their own internal collation.

APC definitely has a sophisticated internal collation system that takes in information from their agents all over the country. They will already know they have won. That is why they are quiet, waiting for INEC to complete collation and announce the winner.

Atiku has been forcefully made to be retired form politics, whenever he is going to court, let him take Obi along as he completely ruined his career. We told them Obi can never win but will only participate.

Why are you saying “can still win” when he is ahead of the ancestor Thiefnubbu?

Regardless of all their evil plots, Nigerians will never accept that crook trying to get into Aso Rock by foul means.

He lost Lagos that he claims to have created and owns, lost his home state Osun, lost Kaduna, lost Kano, lost Katsina, losing Port Harcourt, will not win a single state in SS and SE and yet you are nervous that somehow he will miraculously emerge winner because some dummies on Nairaland say so.

Taaa!
