INEC Chairman did not fail you. INEC as an institution failed you. Nigeria need strong institutions not strong men. What we have today are very weak institutions and very strong men. No electoral officer can manipulate results with a strong INEC.

My dear ,the FUTA VC that was the returning officer for Ekiti state that was instrumental in rigging elections in Ekiti state is also a pastor of RCCG...
