PMB and Masari lost Katsina. That is ok.BAT and Sanwo Olu lost Lagos that is perfect. Adamu and Sule lost Nassarawa that is good. El Rufai lost Kaduna, Ganduje lost Kano, Badaru lost Kebbi, Mala Buni lost Yobe, Inuwa lost Gombe, Lalong lost Plateau, Ayade lost Cross River.

If after all these, you still believed this election is rigged. You need to work on your spiritual life.

But BAT didn't get 25%in FCT.

Constitution said he must to be declared winner
No.

Falana was interpreted wrongly. Nobody said the candidate must win Abuja but must get 25%

It's not true, Falana has already put the record straight.

Asiwaju is our president elect.

This is just grammar. In every context, whether in nysc, census, etc, Nigeria division is referred to as 36 states and fct. If they now say something (24) in 36 states and fct, that means if you won in 23 states + fct making 24, then you're qualified because fct is seen as one of the states. It doesn't mean fct is a mandatory or compulsory.

Leave them let them be interpreting the law wrongly. The law doesn’t say u mush have 25 percent in Abuja to be declared the president. What the law says in the constitution as well as in decided cases is that, joining all the 36 states together with Abuja, a candidate must in addition to having the highest number of votes, he much also have 25 percent spread altogether.

Secondly, even if there is going to be a rerun, it would be between the two candidates with the highest scores. And as it stand it’s APC and PDP that has the highest scores.

Falana got it right. What the law says is “….36 stars and the FCT” meaning all put together. There’s no way u would expect the drafters of the constitution to say “37 states”. The section isn’t isolating Abuja as a separate unit.

This is why Nysc are posted to Abuja because it's considered a state

How some people think is simply unbelievable! You don't even need to be a lawyer to know that you don't need to win the FCT to be president. The question everyone needs to ask themselves is what makes the FCT so special such that a candidate can afford not to win 25% in Lagos and Kano (the two largest states in the country) but have to win it in the FCT?

Nigerians from all states rejected Tinubu and APC, the loss was so massive that [/b]they couldn't rig it[/b] so they just managed to doctor the results to give Tinubu some huge numbers hoping he would win by an escape, but Abuja is choking on their throat now with all other massive rigging exposures.

Your comment alone indicted Tinubu and APC that Nigerians rejected Tinubu's presidency.

Tinubu lost Lagos and Osun his adopted state and state of origin respectively despite having sitting Governor in Lagos.

Tinubu lost in Katsina with incumbent President and a sitting APC Governor.

Tinubu lost Kaduna despite El Rufai's noise....a sitting Governor fully backing Tinubu.

Tinubu lost Imo State despite having one of the ruthless APC Governors who is known as the rigging machine in Nigeria.

Tinubu lost Cross River despite having an APC sitting Governor.

Tinubu lost Plateau despite having another APC Governor who is also his Campaign DG.

Tinubu lost Taraba....Kebbi.....

Tinubu lost Abuja the FCT despite having incumbent President Buhari and other APC government officials on his side.

This is a clear sign of total rejection bro
Look the contradictions in your senseless narratives. If the results were rigged, APC would not have lost the states in their strongholds. As long as the core north would always never vote and ibo man, there's no way Obi would win, he failed woefully in the core north. And from all indication. ibos are the biggest riggers for the fact that neither APC nor PDP won a single state in the SE but 99% was rigged for their son.
