I thought as much. This is a constitutional issue not a tribunal issue. More states should join too.
Although the issue of not securing 1/4 in Abuja would have made more sense in the supreme court, i didn't see it here.
You should understand. The states mentioned are PDP states. It was only Obi of the LP that scored 1/4 of the votes in Abuja.

None of the six states mentioned were won by APC, so it is them fighting themselves.

Pdp's state

Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?
nope I would support no one and remain neutral.

From a police special report, sometimes in November 2022, a group of intelligent officers, of Brigadiers levels, are on the rise for an immiment coup for a show down later in 2023.

Can't wait for this☺️.

The suit is dead on arrival. Anybody who is aggrieved with the conduct of the elections should have go through the electoral tribunal. Ethnic bigotry has blinded some folks.

Please who gave apc and tinubu 8 million votes was it ghost or invisible spirits or does inec have their own invisible population they allocate to whomever they want? Because I wonder how someone will have 8 million votes and no one is rejoicing except corrupt politicians and louts that doesn't even have a voters card.

These guys always play into Tinubu's hands. By virtue of this, they have taken some initiative off both Atiku and Obi to pray the courts on these same bases they are presenting. The Supreme Court would quickly attend to this, and rather certify Tinubu's election because everyone knows there's no meat in these concerns. Then Atiku and Obi, when they get to Appeal Court, they would be told those issues have already been determined at the Apex court. Lobatan.

Anyways, they still have 25% FCT to fight for, though that too is very clear even to the laymen.

The 25 percent for Abuja is not a must. Abuja here is seen as a state. Having at least 25 percent in 24 states is okay to win the election.

Buhari didn't win Abuja in 2015 and 2019.

Go and Confirm this.

How relevant are those people you listed politically in Nigeria? What's their political value?
You won't know their relevance if you're born yesterday. The way Tinubu betrayed Afenifere and virtually everyone that helped him into becoming governor is second to none. If you know those that were with Tinubu in 1999. How many of them are still with him today?

INEC breached the trust
of voters. It conducted the election illegally.

In November 2022, INEC Chairman vowed publicly that results of the 2023 General elections would be transmitted directly from polling units to INEC portal for public viewing.

After the election, INEC publicly announced that it used manual collation of votes.
Illegality.
INEC is an independent body. It has the right to operate as it sees fit so long as it is within the electoral act. INEC can choose between electronic transmission and manual transmission
