Oh truly
They should also admit rigging the election
If there were hitches while conducting the election, Should the election be regarded as a free one

Wishful thinking. Wishes dont happen in real life the way it happens in your head. grin

If INEC are admitting to hitches in the elections, shouldn't that mean that the results released is problematic and thus should be cancelled!?

It’s a case of probability. If the court believes that the said hitches had no significant influence on the election as a whole, then the elections stand.

INEC would agree that there were hitches in the conduct of the elections. The judges would listen to their argument and agree with INEC based on probability. That is what is called abductive reasoning in law. That means conclusion is based on probability.See Aregbesola vrs Oyinlola 2011 Appeal Court judgement given by Clara Ogunbiyi (former SC judge)
You have said nothing related to the cases you are citing
You are merely being grandiloquent
In short you are talking nonsense and communicating only with yourself

Well er

There is something called a project post mortem

And part of that is lessons learned

The goal of lessons learned is so mistakes are not repeated.

There apparently were two issues that came up - poor Internet security of their servers which led to ddos attacks - basically you spam a website so much that it stops responding

No proper Internet solution for the people in the field. You know how it sometimes is when every isp you have is messing you up.

I have a project that is in shit right now and the lesson learned - (even though we are not yet done) is stark - don't engage this particular vendor again.

It is of course possible that inecs leadership was too over confident and did not think things through. And if there is no substantive change this may still occur again

This is standard practice anywhere in the world , no system is perfect at the beginning. This is the first time this system is used for national elections and as such lessons will be learnt based on reports from the field. He's not admitting that the election was flawed, please take note for those saying "we said it". Elections was manipulated across the country, no party can claim innocence, fortunately the party with the highest number of votes won.

Why did INEC Conduct presidential election first before the State levels election?

They would have correct the error from the state election to the federal election.

Some people actually expect INEC to say it was a perfect process. Una no like truth at all. The hiccups are normal and will not change the outcome of the election. Even USA doesn't have a perfect system. We saw their last election between Trump and Biden

Useless inec....

I'm from Edo state..Tinubu will never become the president
Tinubu didn't get 25 percent from Edo, rivers, lagos, Benue, akwa ibom and so many other states
Inec think we are fools

Every sane Nigeria should look at this and read a meaning to it
1) Tinubu political party and administration is ruling but he was unable to win Abuja where them sit down put
2) his own state of origin osun. Even a twelve year old will win thier own state yet he was unable to win

3) all development in lagos is attributed to Tinubu and he is regarded as the father of lagos yet he was unable to win

Nigerians should put on thier conscience and see that tinubu was rejected completely by Nigerians

If you can't handover your daughter or sister to a man who is old and sick with dementia, who is not mentally and physically strong. Someone not aware of his environment

But you supported the same man to head over 220 million Nigerians at this critical time of our nation suitation then may you and your children know no peace

This Lagos results is showing that Obi the super election rigger and his partners in crime own and develop Lagos. If care is not taken, the owners of Lagos might have no choice than to force them by way of policies to go and develop Anambra same way they develop Lagos.
