Like if an organisation pay you that much for a job you would make a terrible mess of it and come around to talk about lessons being Learnt?

Was it the major reason why Wike was allowed to rig massively for Wike in favor of Tinubu that ordinary stood no chance of securing 10% of votes in Rivers State.

Mammood has admitted that there were technical hitches during the last presidential election.

It's become obvious that the Supreme Court will annull the election.
No Court will admit technical hitches for excuse.

That's exactly what the INEC Chairman insinuated here.
No court on mother earth will admit technical hitches as excuse.

Ona dey waste ona time. grin In 2007, Yaradua came out openly to say that the election that brought him in as president was rigged. The Supreme court did not overturn the election, nothing happened. So if anyone thinks this election will be cancelled, that person is just deceiving him/herself. Election cases are proven polling unit by polling unit, not ward by ward or LG by LG, no. To go through a state result with the defence breathing down your neck is a herculean task. So make ona no waste ona time. The bus has left the park.

It’s a case of probability. If the court believes that the said hitches had no significant influence on the election as a whole, then the elections stand.

Tinubu lawyer. Why would any saner judge believe that an election that was slated to have its results transmitted in real time, to INEC's iREV, but alas, results got collated manually, the said hitches did not have "any significant influence on the election as a whole"?

What do you mean by hitches; the flagrant violation of the electoral law? If you claim the server malfunctioned, then what is the position of the law in such a situation?

Why did tinubu lose osun[/quote]. PDP Osun is aware that if BAT wins it may strengthen their case at the Appeal Court and at SC. SO GUBERNATORIAL LITIGATION is one reason.ItWith their hope dashed on the election of BAT what they are trying to do now is how to send emissaries to BAT and make peace with APC. In my opinion it is too late as pending cases will be resolved naturally. Same applies to Oyo where PDP lost to APC. BAT did not have to bribe or influence any SW results. Yorubas are with him.

. Was the election conducted?Yes Were the resukts prepared from the ward levels ? Yes. We're the returning officers at wards collated the resukts ?Yes We're they sent to the Local governments? Yes. From local to State?Yes from state to Abuja ? Yes. Why not transferring the results online? INEC claimed there were hitches. Does that have effect on the election? No. The constitution does not say it is a must. So In case of emergency INEC has the right to continue with exercise and release the results. Is this justifiable ? Yes section 149 of the constitution gives INEC the right to use its discreation on matters. The decision of the INEC ccan only be reversed by a court of law. However If BVAS does not work making accreditation difficult ,the excercise will be postponed. PEPT and SC will interpret further the roles of INEC and I am sure both LP and PDP are just putting it on record that they challenge the the 2923: results for nothing will come out of it.

Bro, this is mere speculation. I believe verified polling agents will be subpoenaed as witnesses. Those who already have snapped copies of the result at the polling unit. It will be used to counter a lot of the rubbish being uploaded online.

Secondly, don't forget that PDP and LP including the APC had agents who uploaded results directly to the dashboard of their situation room. There are colossal amount of irrefutable evidence against INEC.

Bottomline, all cards are against the APC and INEC. Anything to the contrary, the judiciary also brings themselves to mud.

Go and read the act on collation of results again
