36 states and FCT is not the same as
36 states plus FCT.
Before you start talking about victory, WIN 25% in at least 25 states FIRST.
Atiku, Obi have NO case.

This issue has been sorted by supreme court in 2015 that 25% in Abuja is not compulsory. 2015 judgment supersedes 2008 judgment on the same case.

The criminal has gone underground! It took the strong word of US Rep senator to send shock waves to INEC, The usurper & his goons that he will smell it, but won't taste it!

They gave him a rope to hang himself, he will because the creepy old drug baron is too greedy! Now Lagos will be taken from him too! That is what greed can cause!

Mark this words...... Buhari is a perfect green snake. He has honored his agreement with the criminal. But has found a perfect way of making sure the criminal never get near the Seat!

According to Oby Ezekwesili......."CERTIFICATE THAT WOULD BE RETURNED!"

This statement in the Law supposed not to be too difficult to understand. Even from a layman view, an AND is some thing that has another leg to complete the two legs. Therefore Tinubu most have the requirements numbers in FCT votes beforee he can be declared winner

This is what emotion can do to a mam, no matter how brilliant you are, if you let your actions and thinking be ruled by emotions, you're bound to look stupid.

How can a senior advocate of Nigeria be so silly to the point of forgetting simple kindergarten lessons?

Since from primary school, we've been taught that we have 36 state and the FCT, never have I heard 37 state, this is because the FCT have never been taken as a state but rather a municipal. But because of elections now some people are trying to twist what should be a straightforward English statement into a legal battle.

Besides there's also a big grammatical difference between 24 state, and the FCT and 24 state and the FCT that coma there serves a purpose just like the taught us in primary school that we have 36 state and the FCT, this was what the writers of the constitution had in mind, but the obedients mob wants to take off the coma and make it a whole sentence.

As for the lawyers going with this argument, I can't blame them much because they must be seen to be doing something plus they have to build their case around a point. If not how would they convince OBI to release funds for court case?

What makes FCT special that the Constitution would give it the power over all other territory? The law is 25% in 2/3rd of 36 states and FCT, since FCT is not a state that is why it was added using AND......Common sense is not common....SMH!

He want to achieve his life ambition by fire by force.

Abuja 25% issue is underway while INEC is making everything easier for Obi at the court because the uploaded result at the Irev portal is largely at variance with what INEC manually collated and announced.

INEC is doing the Lords work, imagine celebrating your certificate of return and suddenly another person is ordered to be issued same certificate and yours invalidated.

They wan cause serious stroke for jagaban. Buhari no wan remove BAT himself, he wan remove him thru the court shamefully and smile home to Daura.

Stop contributing on national issue please. Just focus on your school and graduate first. Your comment is too juvenile and disgusting to the realities. The Buhari you related to this issue shows that you are someone in SS II or so.
