I'm currently in a dilemma, finding it hard to make a decision on with job offer to accept before the end of today 6th March, 2023.

I'm just going to share the basis below;

Job A. Service Provider.
N300,000 Gross Pay, deductions applicable
Monday - Friday 8-6pm
Not mobile (Expected transportation expenses monthly is N45,000)
Expected feeding Monthly N30,000 minimum
Location: Yaba
No HMO nor other benefits.
At least, I have to go home everyday to meet with my family.

Job B. Hospitality Industry (Not Hotel though).
N260,000 Net Pay
Monday - Saturday 9-6pm (Sat 10-2pm)
Accommodate Available
Not Mobile (Expected transportation expenses monthly is N10,000)
Location: Lekki Lagos
HMO, discounted purchase, and others not disclosed (I don't know for what reason but I was told there are other benefits that I'll enjoy onboard)
Free Lunch daily.
I'll be going home weekly to see my family or everyday if I want

Go for the one that is more secured.


But all things equal, I'll go for the first one. Because it's obvious very close to your home.

But I really don't like working on Saturdays. But in this case, I'll go for the second job.
