Yes but the bank should be aware of this problem because I have been having this problem for like a week now

Not working here, Almost two weeks now av not been able to use it and I don’t av ATM card or Mobile app. GT bank is making life difficult for me these days, I can’t enter bank because of crowd and I can’t even do transfer, Thank God for my access bank app.
