Probably the summer of love (1967)Free love and psychedelics.

The beginning. End the science v religion debates once and for all.

The future. Hopefully we will have moved to other galaxies and planets by then. Would be fun to see new worlds.

2000-2001 school year. The amount of clunge I would get with my current mindset instead of the pathetic one I had.

I would go to Otuoke and give a young man shoes,

tell the Loyola students not to get on the plane

then go to the time before the time machine was created  grin

Very Nice thread

But some people want to be using the time machine to be going back and forth as if they are just going to buy akara.

What if you could use this machine only once?

If i could use it only once, I won't use it at all.

but if i could use it multiple times, I'll go back to when I was 14 and try to do somethings better. Get more spiritual earlier, concentrate
on the more productive things and try to invent the googles and facebooks of today. The machine should better not break down, I won't
want to be stuck there as my present and future is a billion times better. Won't want to skip to the future either as the fun is in the journey.

While there are some fun times in the past and some bad times too, "the butterfly effect" of changing anything could be unpleasant.

And if I can only be a spectator and not change anything, I'll like to go and watch myself as a little kid playing without any worries in the
world. Wonder why someone didn't take a video of that. I won't miss it for my kids.

If i was to go back in time several times, I'd make sure I alter the destinies of all corrupt leaders in Nigeria so they end up dead with liver or prostrate cancer. I will especially slap OBJ till he dies of Slap-syndrome
Re: Where Would You Go If You Had A Time Machine by Papido(m): 4:36pm On Sep 25, 2011
I would fly to meet Father Abraham and try to convince him not to sleep with his house girl because the love child will give his future main child lots of headache. If he ignores me, on my way back to reality i will stopover at Bin Laden's mom's place and compel her to abort her foetus. This time i won't fail.

My belle don tear 4 laugh, abeg nor let me poo 4 body. Getting serious, this shows how these opportunistic rulers are hated by any true nigerian when they 're infact suppossed 2 be celebrated-they 've truly failed this nation.

Hmm,  Great thread.
Where in time will I travel to?

I guess I would travel to one of the saddest days of my life, Wednesday November 22nd 2006. I would go back to that exact hour when I was sitting down with my dad in his balcony. . not knowing that would be the last time I will see him in his normal state of health ever again. Saddens me to even think about it,  but yeah, I guess it is okay to be sad sometimes. I will tell him. . "Dad, you are my hero. . you have shown us what a great man you are and I want you to know we appreciate you more than you will ever know. Even though you are going to leave us exactly two weeks from now, just know you are always on our minds. Dont let it hurt too much that you would be leaving your entire family on your daughter's wedding day. . I guess that is how God planned it to be. You were a fighter in life,  and more so in death",  I would complete this little talk with a hug,  and tell him goodbye.

Then I would travel back in time again to the 9th of December 2006 (Saturday) and order my steps quite differently. Instead of going to grace my sister's wedding, by his hospital bed I will be,  telling his the final goodbyes. Telling him not to worry because he is going to  a better place and angels are waiting for him with open arms. Then 4pm when he finally passed on,  Only then would I have left his side.

But time machines dont exist. . .    else. . .

Rest in peace daddy.  cry cry cry

Sorry ma dear, what a sad story but dont wory, wverythin works together for our good. I lose my dad too but l wont want to travel back there when he is still l life but will prefare to travel to the first time l fell in love.
It was teribble,l wont even call it fallen it is really obsesseion and the gurl knew it still sue it on me and broke up with me whem l needed her so much.
I lost my focus in life, lose concentration in my education and score F9 parelle in my result.
It was so disgusting that what l could have ended in 1999, l was just finishing in 2011.
I did regret a little but thanking God for my life and for the experience l have had that make me master of this time.m now, just know you are always on our minds. Travel to how the very last day will be,how the earth and all that exists in it crumble to dust, and go back to slap all those seniors that gives horrible punishments in boarding schools.

@high chief, infact, is worst in girls only schools, the ladies even then were huge and not the small small teenagers we have in schools nowadays, and the point is by the time you write home to complaine, maybe it will take forever before your parents will reply you particularly if you are nine or ten hours away from home.

I would go back and follow my dream profession instead of following the money profession. Tell my dad how much his knowledge of algebra helped me. Spent more effort in completing my mothers house. Tell my wife from day I am not as perfect as she thinks. Take risks and live more,
