My account was frozen due to inactivity. Someone sent 70k into the account, and I can't make use of it. I was directed to contact customer care on: 07008888328, but since on Monday, the number is not going through.

I really need to make use of the money.

Try sending email.
If your account is linked to a pos machine, try making at least 8 withdrawals from different cards.
