Everyone is entitled to his opinion. Seun Kuti crossed the line here. Where is the freedom of speech and opinion if you believe that your own opinion should be accepted without question or opposition? Do you even know whether you will go to hell or not?

The truth is that OBJ is jealous of Tinubu. Tinubu is becoming the greatest Yoruba yet, surpassing him and Awolowo in attainment.

Same OBJ almost crippled Lagos by abandoning all Federal projects and infrastructures and not releasing Federal allocation funds to Lagos throughout his tenure. Lagos was becoming something else as the Igbos were turning every available space to slums. Tinubu came up with the slogan “Eko o ni baje” and started pushing back. Igbos slusms and shanty kiosks were demolished to pave way to better infrastructure. Businesses were taxed and urban systems were put in place which are being copied by other states and the Federal today.

This is the genesis of the hatred of Igbos towards Tinubu.

While their state leaders were getting free money from the Federal, Lagos had to raise its own money and still take care of these ingrates who abandoned their state leaders to embezzle their funds and come to Lagos to be activists.

As typical of most Nigerians...they are educated illiterates and have no sense of history. Ask the youth about Oputa Panel and you will wait forever for answers....Obasanjo...he is one of our worst Presidents. I am still wondering how he got Ota Farm. Anyone ever wonder why he never won his Polling Units? You think his people just dislike him small...he was President for 8yrs.

Every tyrant can hold on to something he or she did for his country and use that as a bait to trap fools like you. Did he bring GSM with his own personal money? Why did OBJ give us an oligarchy in the telecoms market by putting in place barriers to entry and raising licencing fees to ridiculous amounts? Did the added tax revenue from the telecoms sector reach you as a person? If the telecoms sector is so wonderful, has it singlehandedly eradicated extreme poverty? Can we compare the atrocities of the OBJ regime to the gains the regime made for Nigeria? Massacres in Zaki Ibiam and Odi, assassinations of multiple politicians from Bola Ige to Funso Williams, the multiple plane crashes, the incessant NLC strikes and tone deaf response from the president (remember on one occasion he traveled out of the country during a nationwide strike), the EFCC witch-hunt, the weaponisation of the public institutions, the failed promise of new power generation installations after commiting a whooping 18 billion dollars and a whole lot of other atrocities committed about this man. Seun is once again very right.
