NOTICE NO MENTION OF RIGGING? Delays, queues, technical glitches are all part of the voting process not only in Africa but in advanced countries as well even the USA. I stood in line to vote for over 2 hours last year, some polling stations had to be extended due to unforeseen delays, no democracy is perfect!
