GRV is what Lagos needs.
Enough of godfatherism

If Lagos were to be located somewhere around east and Igbo historical relationship with Lagos happened to be what Yoruba is to Lagos today believe me Lagos would have been a true centre of excellence and melting point of all talents in Nigeria.

Do you know why I share this sentiment, Igbos irrespective of their weaknesses love competition. They would be happy to welcome any talent that will challenge what they already have. This is the reason why Igbos have many rich men because everyone wants to be the best. Though it attracts some envy but the positive effects of competitive mindset is more than the backdrops.

Here we have supposed intelligent Yorubas fighting a tribe divinely blessed just because they feel Igbos are outshining them.

What stops you from shinning your own in your own way? Or you don't trust God to make you also shine through your efforts?

The world is fast moving. If the few demonically tribalistic Yorubas don't change, they will be left behind.

Everybody is important

Yoruba Woman is the sole senator representing FCT. That's what it is and the indigenous population ain't complaining.

Here we have Yorubas, fighting their own just because the mother is Igbo. Lagos was the FCT for a reason. Anybody irrespective of Tribe should be able to aspire to be the number 1 citizen of the state.

Anyways Tinubu and his dirty noisy minions are in the minority. Sensible Yorubas are more in number.

GRV for a progressive Lagos state.

The difference is this. Yorubas are quietly living their lives in Abuja, no Yoruba calling Abuja no man's land, if not that woman wouldn't have made it. There are so many Igbos in Lagos in house of Assembly, house of Rep, local government chairmen and counsellors. That tells u Lagos is even more accommodating and tolerant that Abuja. Igbos are over reaching their boundaries. They want to produce a governor. Habba. Yorubas don't try this in their host domain, including South East. Yorubas are not fools, they are just been liberal. Let a Yoruba man first be a counsellor in the east, then we can discuss.

No one 'likes' competition.

What you'll say Is that they're entrepreneurial.

Theodore Orji initially sacked Imo Indigenes in Abia state Civil service before correcting himself.
That's not 'liking' competition .

Also Igbo's aren't more divinely blessed than any other tribe.
There are poor Igbos as in other tribes.
But many are entrepreneurial & so become immensely successful.

There are wildly rich individuals across various tribes too.

We are supporters of different politicians but we forget that this people don't have your interest at heart. We live together peacefully but we bring tribalism, religion, ethnicity, nepotism, hatred among ourselves just because of peanuts that politician will give you.
One tribe would claim they know all, another will come and say without them there is no Nigeria.
Every tribe/region has what we call comparative advantage over other regions. Let us try to live peacefully irrespective of the tribe you come from. This politicians you fight for have accumulated wealth for themselves and they still want to amass more wealth at the expense of the downtrodden masses like you.
Let us put on our thinking cap and move this nation forward.
Long live Yoruba people
Long live Igbo people
Long live Hausa people
Long live Niger delta people
Long live Middlebelt
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Let's preach peace and live together as one.
God bless Nigeria!!!

This boy is kidding, it's easier said than done. I thought he would be man enough to gather the transport Union, market union and civil servants to address them in public but instead, he is doing social media campaign.
Oh boy, Lagos is not for babies or else you will run away from Lagos after being overwhelmed. No worry, after Saturday you will join obi in court.

Shut up boy.

No one is fighting him because his mother is Igbo.
Desmond Eliot's mother is Igbo, governor Adeleke's mother is Igbo, governor Akeredolu's wife is also Igbo etc.

Have you seen/heard anybody fighting them?

Gbadebo despised his own people. His mind has been polluted with hatred for the yorubas. That is why his people don't like him.

That's the point. Nigerians know you well. The other day, a man was opposed to contest for governor in Enugu because his grandfather is from Ebonyi. If you can do that to your fellow Ibo, what will you do to an Igala or Efik man?

Ibos, your ACTIONS do NOT match your WORDS. You're not fooling anybody but yourselves.

If GRV enters, he won’t even spend 100 days in office

Possible likely scenarios:

- Obasa state house of assembly impeaches him

- President Tinubu uses Supreme Court to remove him

- The Chagoury family and other Lagos billionaires who are part of current Jagaban Lagos owners frustrates him

May the best Man win.

PS: GRV could be a winner this Saturday but he hasn’t done enough.

-He has alienated Yoruba youths and Yoruba Christians who made obi to win Lagos.(Not Lagos Igbos as been falsely believed). If only he had been targeting his messaging and engagements at them in this last cycle of campaign

- He has ignored the religious politics that helped obi. In politics, end justifies means. Religious politics worked for obi. 6 million plus votes that obi score was a victory for him, considering that it was his first outing, with little budget and structure compared to Tinubu, Atiku and even Kwakwanso’s kwankwasiya movement

- His video messaging quality is not too good

- His body language should have been optimized in his video

- His body posture and image is submissive, not like a dominant leader.

He is definitely intelligent for him to be in this political position at this his relatively young age.

There’s still time to rectify all these if he truly wants this.

All the best to Sanwo and GRV

Which kain analysis you dey do?
