Parents need to do better though. Some of these things are mere outcomes of lack of confidence. Lets all learn to instill confidence in our wards. Teachers should also do better. Help your kids develop self-confidence and overcome timidity and peer pressure.

Runs or whatever they call it isn't the issue here. People do runs with flat front and back. When you lack confidence and discipline, you automatically develop a poor sense of judgement.

It is not just about parents. It is about the false world of social media. Youths in particular are very susceptible to a lot of bs. And for women there is so much promotion of sexual validation.

The other day it was a late 30s OAP who was putting all her junk on IG.

A lot of people follow the bs on social media and they think that is all there is. Deceived by fake life people.
