If there was one State that needed another party to take charge , that state was Abia because from orji kalu down to ikpeazu , the state has been in shambles .

BVAS/IREV has been the game-changer. But we need to improve by adapting BVAS to capture thumbprints for electronic voting.

No compare Hope with those two u mentioned earlier cus apart from insecurities in Imo which is political, hope try pass the two of them

You must be from Owerri in Imo state.
Move beyond Owerri to other places, especially, Orlu, and see the disaster of arrested development.
Who do you think brought insecurity to Orlu; insecurity does not exist in Owerri?

The fact still remains that insecurities in Imo state is political sponsored because of court ruling that brought hope uzo to government

The same PDP you people were clamouring for Obi to merge with to face APC. Lol. You people are irredeemable

Anyway, I sincerely hope development will come to Abia. The amenities of Lagos are already stretched to the max.

What are you waiting for in not declaring Oduduwa Republic so that Lagos amenities will start to be freed for you and your kinsmen in Lagos?

In the bolded you got it partially correct.
Before he became governor, Hope Uzodinma has been having political grievances against some people in Orlu Local government area. A few months after he became governor, his agents went to Orlu area and started what later ballooned to the insecurity we have today in parts of Imo state.

Good...

A similar feat could have happened here in my beloved Delta state but it seems our people over here are so addicted to their oppressors to the extent that they have fallen in love with them grin.

Finally,Abians have been vindicated while Deltans' prison time seems to phave been extended angry. Na wa.
Deltans had only two terrible options- Agege and Sheriff.
Ken Peller of Labour party was not a serious candidate. He wasn't even serious about his candidacy

Please compare the Edo and the Abia to the Lagos - All the Yeastern states put together is not even on Lagos level but you want the same Lagos to be run by a mediocre that has never led anything meaningful before. If you need training ground, take him to Abia.

If BAT didn't create the blueprint for expansion of revenue and development, Lagos will not be as attractive as it is today.

80% of Lagos IGR comes from taxes through PAYE, and only 16 % till date pays tax. Federal govt generates 60% of its revenue from the same Lagos State to feed the rest of you. In 1991 Lagos population was 5 million, IBB decided it was too small to accommodate the rising population and relocated the capital in 1993. By 1998, Abdulsalami said all agencies headquarters be relocated to Abuja.

1999 the population grew to 7 million. Lagos looked inward and started generating her income - recreating Lagos State to accommodate more people as against the reason why the capital was relocated. Today, that 600M has grown to over 45 billion, that 7 million had grown to over 22 million.

The new sysem is looking at a way to capture more tax through the system created, Dangote refinery, fertilizer, Free trade zone, Imota rice mill, all will bring direct and indirect revenue to the state. This was hardwork of some people, whether you like it or not.

The reason why all others have failed is, they have successfully ran the independent government, each government when they assume office, abandons the work of the previous, and starts afresh, thereby, no meaningful thing to point to. No blueprint for the states they are governing.

There are 2 things, whether your people are so dumb to realize where they are wrong, or just overly ignorant to accept that Lagos is still their father regardless.
